Mr. Lamer is a Managing Executive and Owner of Certified Medical Testing. Certified Medical Testing is a Medical Gas Systems Maintenance and Construction Inspection firm. Mr. Lamer has directed the final inspection and certification procedures as defined in the NFPA 99 (Nationally recognized code for Acute Health Care facilities) for more than 2,600 Medical Gas Installation projects at various facilities throughout the United States.
Mr. Lamer has been actively involved in the business of Construction Design and Certification of Medical Gas distribution systems since 1988, at which time he was the General Manager of a competitive firm operating in California.
Prior experience included the design, installation, and repair of compressed gas systems for a Chicago based compressed gas manufacturer, Liquid Carbonic Corporation. During the 18 year tenure with this international manufacturer and distributor of atmospheric gases, Mr. Lamer was involved in all aspects of the manufacture, packaging, and distribution of atmospheric gases to the industrial and acute healthcare markets.
Roland Lamer is certified as a Medical Gas system “verifier” through the only nationally established training institute for Medical Gas Installation and verification (N.I.T.C.).
